Since 2017 we've been available for your residential or commercial siding needs.
We have done work for several builders you know and trust in our Fargo- Moorhead community and beyond, as well as our own private parties.

What you should know?
Often times customers do not know there is a problem until something underlying such as leaks or missing siding becomes apparent...
That can be due to weather related damage, poor installation, or your home just hasn't had an update since it was built. Your exterior requires love too! Routine inspection IS A MUST no matter the circumstances. If you haven't done it in a while we highly encourage you to do so. If you are unsure of what to look for we encourage you to reach out for inspection.

What kind of siding is right for you?
With so many styles, colors, and materials to choose from nowadays, it may become a little overwhelming to decide what to go with... each product has its traits.
In todays time you have:
-Vinyl which is most commonly used because of its low cost and low maintenance but can be highly prone to warping from the sun or perhaps reflection from a neighbors window or a glass table on your patio. Strong winds can definitely be a factor in panels becoming loose or coming off. Easy to replace panels but colors may not match depending on the timeframe from manufacture date. Can be painted but not recommended at all. (we personally will not paint vinyl)
-Steel which is a great option for its modern look and and longevity but is high in material and labor cost. Even high quality steel can be prone to accidents in regard to weather events such as hail or even your kids baseball, causing dings or dents leading up to costly repairs that can be nearly impossible to fix without removing the panels above it. Paint finishes Can chip or scratch over time and require touch up painting or full replacement.
-LP/ Diamond Kote/ Wood siding is (in our opinion) your best option. Though the cost of material and labor is similar to steel (on the high-end) ... This is by far your most versatile product! We've always said you can do anything with these products. It requires yearly inspection to the finish in regards to any missing paint as we all know wood can deteriorate. As long as you can take a good look at it every spring time season and get the paint touched up you are in the clear. Paint is very easy to color match, The material is incredibly strong, And without a doubt you'll love coming home to this product every day of the week! If you see any rot whatsoever it is moderately easy to have replaced.
Every one of these products come in several styles, shapes, and variations. You could have a traditional look comparable to your neighbors or you could have something that is the most unique home in your entire town! It all depends on your preference and what your willing to spend.
